An elegant Pinot Noir by Vigna Lenuzza winemaker, Daniele Lenuzza, and his wife, Tanika Paris. A labour of love honouring the place where the duo first met.
Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge is located in the Walker Bay District of South Africa's Western Cape. It translates to 'Heaven on Earth', and that's exactly where each sip takes you.
Harvest took place in early March 2022 (remember: Southern Hemisphere). 15 months on used French oak. Expect aromas of red berries, spice, leaves, and a touch of oak, followed by a mouthful of ripe red fruit, silky tannins, and the perfect amount of acid.
A perfect pairing for chicken, turkey, duck, game bird, pork, lamb, fatty fish, gnocchi, sharp cheese, or as a pre-dinner apéritif.
